We're a team of 13, all passionate about health, fitness, sport and all things health, fitness and sport related.

Having worked in the field of active leisure for over 15 years, we're pretty well connected, which puts us in a great position to help our clients and the media.

In terms of communications we do everything from generating news coverage and creating ezines, through to running events and managing social media campaigns.
