Global launch of the Polar Vantage

With a strong track record for organising interactive media events in the UK, we were delighted to build on our global work with Polar, organising an international media launch for the new Vantage range.

From event conception through to on-the-day management, our team were on hand to ensure this launch had a huge impact for Polar. Once the format for the two-day event had been approved, we sourced and liaised with the various venues, organised the itinerary for the 60 media and influencers, managed ambassadors and developed the expert panel.

Following the hype of the Royal wedding, there was no better setting for this exclusive event than historic Windsor, which is also home of the iconic Royal Windsor Triathlon.

Over the two-day event, guests were guided through the pioneering Polar technology which included the first ever use of wrist-based Running Power within a sports watch. They were able to put their watches to the test with a training run led by Polar athletes Emma Pallant and Eilish McColgan. The event culminated in a demonstration by Crossfit World Champion, Annie Thorisdottir, to show the full capabilities of the new watches.
