We're celebrating 'Theresa May Day'

Posted 14.07.2016

We took to the streets this morning to celebrate an unofficial ‘Theresa May Day’ today – donning Theresa May masks for an impromptu photoshoot in front of the Maidenhead Town Hall.

We’ve been based in Theresa May’s Maidenhead constituency for over a decade, and felt that having the Prime Minister on our door step warranted some formal recognition, especially as it was Ms May’s first day in her new role.

Commenting on the momentous day for Maidenhead, our founder and MD, Sue Anstiss, said: “We’ve spent over 22 years celebrating and championing strong female role models and encouraging women everywhere to be healthy and active through sports and fitness.

“To use a Sport England strap line, today’s certainly a day to for us all to celebrate the fact that #ThisGirlCan!”
