TRX for Yoga

Last week the we took over the Power Studio at The Chelsea Health Club & Spa with a fusion of two of the hottest current fitness trends – TRX and Yoga – presented to an exclusive selection of journalists, bloggers and influencers.

TRX Senior Master Trainer, Matt Gleed, delivered a short workshop demonstrating how the TRX Suspension Trainer can assist Yoga positions and poses, help to deepen and strengthen movements, optimise form and master inversions, regardless of whether you’re a beginner or experienced Yogi.

After accomplishing the TRX Dancer pose and finding their inner ‘zen’, our team made the most of their time at the club, filming Matt taking Men’s Health Fitness Writer, Michael Jennings through his paces on the new TRX Duo Trainer for Facebook Live – which reached over 10k views.

At they end of the day they finished with a visit from Tom Rowley of Healthy for Men magazine, who performed a gruelling short-circuit of TRX Suspension Trainer to TRX Duo Trainer combinations.
