SUE ANSTISS

MD and founder of Promote, Sue established the company in 1994. With a sports science and English degree from Loughborough, her background also includes sales, marketing and sports sponsorship for Cadbury and Quaker Oats. Sue is also a Board Member for County Sports Partnership PRO-ACTIVE West London and the Fitness Industry Association, and still finds time to play netball each week.

KATIE LEWIS (nee Start)

Katie joined the team in 2002 and is now Senior Account Director. Before joining Promote Katie worked in management for a number of health club operators including Cannons and Dragons. Katie has a sports science degree from Leeds Metropolitan University along with a passion for golf, with an impressive handicap of 14.

NICKI PETITT

Before joining the Promote team, Nicki established her PR roots in the education and technology sectors. With a Masters degree in Sports Coaching from UWIC, Nicki’s true passion lies with anything health, sports and fitness related. As a Senior Account Manager at Promote, Nicki's team's accounts include Lifetime, SkillsActive, England Hockey, DC Leisure, Alliance Leisure, Water Babies, Westway Sports Centre and Volleyball England. Nicki represented Great Britain at trampolining.

RHIANON WILLIAMS (nee Stevens)

Rhianon is a Senior Account Manager and previously managed a range of food, health, beauty and lifestyle brands before joining the Promote team.

At Promote her team's clients include Gatorade, Reebok, The Gym Group, TRX Suspension Training, RLSS UK, the APPI, UKsem and payasUgym.

HANNAH HORE

A Loughborough sports science graduate, Hannah's previous roles include sports development, athlete management and over six years in the communications team at UK Athletics. Hannah works in Nicki's team focusing on England Hockey and SkillsActive.

LISA WARDEN

Lisa's currently on maternity leave looking after her beautiful new baby daughter.

KATE GODBER

Kate joined the Promote team with a journalism degree from University of Sheffield and is now a junior Account Manager. Kate works with across a number of accounts including payasUgym, RLSS UK, IQL and ThinQ Fitness. You'll often see Kate with a video camera in her hand.

HEATHER RICHARDSON

Heather studied English and American literature at Keele University and began her career in fashion and consumer PR. As a Junior Account Manager, Heather works across a number of accounts with Nicki including Lifetime, Volleyball England, Water Babies and England Hockey.

MANDY BOURNE

Mandy graduated from the University of the Creative Arts, and prior to joining Promote worked as a Press Assistant for beauty brand Alberto Culver. Her true passion lies in sport and fitness and she has undertaken work placements with Nike, Boutique Sport and the FIA. Mandy works across a number of accounts with Nicki and Heather, including Lifetime, Volleyball England, Water Babies, England Hockey and DC Leisure.

KATIE HALLiDAY

Katie graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Sport and Leisure Management and then spent a year working as Student Activities Officer at Loughborough Students Union. Katie works in Rhianon's team across a number of accounts including The Gym Group, TRX, The Atlantic4, ThinQ Fitness and the APPI.

KATE HANNON

Kate is our Operations Manager, with previous roles including Product Manager for BT and Ericsson. Putting her degree in Electronic Engineering to good use she is currently implementing lots of great systems and processes for the Promote team! She is also a keen netballer.

BRENDA POPE

A former chartered accountant, Brenda looks after all things finance, making sure our suppliers are paid promptly! A former hockey player, Brenda now plays and coaches netball.
