SUE ANSTISS
MD and founder of Promote, Sue established the company in 1994. With a sports science and English degree from Loughborough, her background also includes sales, marketing and sports sponsorship for Cadbury and Quaker Oats. Sue is also a Board Member for County Sports Partnership PRO-ACTIVE West London, and BASES (British Association for Sports and Exercise Sciences).

KATIE START
Katie joined the team in 2002 and is now Senior Account Director. Before joining Promote Katie worked in management for a number of health club operators including Cannons and Dragons.

GRANT ROWLEY
Grant's background in sports PR includes clients such as The London Marathon. At Promote Grant manages Gatorade, Mark Wood, Slumberland, Power Music and RFE International.

NICKI PETITT
Before joining the Promote team, Nicki established her PR roots in the education and technology sectors. Having gained a Masters degree in Sports Coaching at UWIC, Nicki’s true passion lies with anything health, sports and fitness related. Nicki's accounts include Lifetime and DC Leisure.

RHIANON STEVENS
Rhianon has worked in consumer PR for over 4 years, having previously worked on a range of food, health, beauty and lifestyle brands before joining the Promote team. Rhianon clients include David Lloyd Leisure and the FIA.

LEILA DUKES
Leila studied English at the University of Southampton and pursued a career in journalism before finding her true calling in PR. Leila is a Junior Account Manager and her accounts include Volleyball England and Slumberland.

LISA WARDEN
Lisa worked in PR for a number of clients in the fitness industry before joing the Promote team. Lisa is a Junior Account Manager and her clients include David Lloyd Leisure, LIW and RLSS UK.

KATE GODBER
Kate joined the Promote team with a journalism degree from University of Sheffield. Kate works with Lisa across a number of accounts including LIW, David Lloyd Leisure, RLSS UK and IQL. You'll often see Kate with a video camera in her hand.

HEATHER RICHARDSON
Heather studied English and American literature at Keele University and began her career in consumer PR two years ago. Heather joined the Promote team this year and works across a number of accounts with Nicki.

SOPHIE McKIMM
Sophie joined Promote this year following several journalism internships and an in-house Technology PR role. With a degree in Politics and a passion for sport (especially rowing and rugby), Sophie works across a number of accounts with Grant and Leila.

KATE HANNON
Kate joins us this year as Operations Manager, wtih previous roles including Product Manager for BT and Ericsson. Putting her degree in Electronic Engineering to good use she is currently implementing lots of great systems and processes for the Promote team!

SARAH WALKER
Sarah looks after finance and HR, making sure our suppliers are paid promptly!

ANDREA BICKFORD
Andrea has worked at Promote since 2000 and supports Clare's team on projects for Lifetime. Andrea is currently on Maternity Leave.
