Always ones to really get to grips with things, Nicky and James took time out of their weekend to head to Swindon’s Next Generation Club (the unofficial TRX training centre) to join PT’s and coaches alike to complete their TRX Suspension Training courses under the supervision of TRX National Trainer, David Parker.
The course took them through all aspects of TRX training including setup and programming, before running through upper and lower body, core and flexibility exercises. It’s safe to say both were feeling the effects the day (and likely the whole week…) after! Just check out the TRX Incline Press here
The course outlined how great the practicality of the TRX is and how it can be used to target any body part, any goal and any fitness level.
