Racketlon Results

Last week, James returned home from Poland after representing England in the 2014 Racketlon World Teams and Doubles Championships.

Racketlon, which has grown immensely in popularity over the past two years, provides the ultimate test for any racket sport player, with players competing in matches made up of four sets in table tennis, badminton, squash and tennis.

The event which took place in the city of Wroclaw welcomed 38 teams from across the world - including an entry from Iraq!

James was participating in the men’s doubles, mixed doubles and team events where the standard of competition in each was very high, with the Scandinavian teams proving particularly strong over the four days competition.

The eventual winners of the team competition were Denmark whose team consisted of both finalists from the recent World Individual Championships held at Surrey Sports Park in August.

James has vowed to hit the squash courts with Scarlett ahead of his next tournament, the Welsh open in February 2015.
