We're moving for #NationalFitnessDay

We were delighted to support National Fitness Day in the office yesterday, by having a quick break from our desk and getting into the spirit with a team workout. All made extra colourful with our Tikiboo leggings and pink TRX!


We knew the team was active and very much into their sport and fitness, but we decided to put it to the test and find out just how active everyone has been over the last week. As a team we have racked up an impressive:

  • 39.1 miles of running (Leandra will be running Ealing Half Marathon on Sunday, good luck!)
  • 8 hours of football training
  • 2 upcoming football matches this weekend
  • 11 miles of walking in the surprise September heatwave
  • 1 hour of yoga
  • 3 x 1 mile open water swims (without a wetsuit!)
  • 10 hours at the gym
