Getting more people to be more active more often is what we're all about.
We've spent 23 years delivering highly effective PR campaigns for brands and organisations in sport, fitness and active leisure always with the ultimate goal of increasing physical activity and improving the well being of the population.
Our fabulous team includes a great mix of sports science graduates, along with seasoned PR professionals and journalists all united by a love of sport and fitness.
